Exchange Policy – Shions

Thank you for shopping at Shions! We aim to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our updated Exchange Policy below:


⚠️ When Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  1. Colour Difference

    • Up to 10% variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting—this is not eligible for exchange.

  2. Material or Colour Preference

    • Exchanges will not be accepted if you simply don’t like the material or colour. All fabric and colour details are in the product description—please review before ordering.

  3. Customised Pieces

    • Any item customised per your specifications is non-exchangeable.


❌ Cancellations by Indian Customers

  • Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel the parcel.

🚫 No Returns – Exchange Only

  • At Shions, we do not offer returns. We only accept exchanges for eligible orders.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for size-related issues or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders.


🔁 Exchange Eligibility

  • To request an exchange, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video recorded while opening the package is mandatory for any claims related to defects or damages.


🔄 How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please visit:

For size-related exchanges:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll share the return address.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to us at your own cost.

  4. Include a note with your name, order number, and the required size.


📦 Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the exchanged item.


Delivery Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange and dispatch the new item within 2–4 working days.
